1. Session Packages (Entrainment Sessions)

Session packages are a prepaid bundle of individual entrainment sessions. They are not a medical treatment plan, guarantee, or prescription of care.

Entrainment sessions are nervous system focused chiropractic visits offered at soulistic.

2. Package Duration & Expiration

soulistic currently offers 12-session packages.

• 12-session package: valid for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Packages expire at the end of their term. Unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be carried forward beyond the expiration date.

3. Scheduling Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Scheduling sessions within the package timeframe

• Attending sessions as scheduled

soulistic intentionally limits the number of weekly sessions to preserve quality of care. Due to this limited availability, soulistic cannot extend sessions beyond the package term.

4. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

• A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment

• Each package includes one courtesy reschedule that does not count as a used session

• Additional missed or late cancelled sessions are considered used

5. Refund Policy

Unused sessions may be refunded at the full single session rate, not the discounted package rate.

Refunds are not provided for sessions that have been used, missed, or expired.

6. Acknowledgment

By purchasing a session package, the client acknowledges:

• Understanding the time bound nature of session packages

• Responsibility for scheduling and attendance

• Agreement to the policies outlined above

These terms exist to support clarity, commitment, and an effective container for entrainment work.
