Reorganizational Healing

soulistic operates under the reorganizational healing (ROH) paradigm. This is an emerging wellness, growth, and behavioral change paradigm. ROH is about helping people be well! Our outcomes and goals are not to return you to a previous state, because really that’s just going to lead you back to where you are now. If you want change and different outcomes, the way we view healing has to change. And this approach to healing helps us create sustainable change.

We also recognize that healing is not linear. Wellness can be achieved with small, consistent steps AND at the same time massive leaps of progress are also possible!

NetworkSpinal, an ROH approach to wellness, is a unique chiropractic technique that involves the creation of emerging organizational properties of the spine and nervous system. This gentle touch technique helps to establish more connections between your brain and body. The contacts allow your nervous system to unwind bound tension/energy in your body to help you go from a posture of defense into being able to use this liberated energy for constructive use! When there is less defense in your body/mind/nervous system you are able to better adapt to situations, make congruent decisions, let go of muscular tension, and live your life with more energy and vitality!
