The soulistic living membership is designed for those who want consistent nervous system support.

This membership provides access to regular entrainment sessions while allowing flexibility within a clear, supportive structure.

Membership includes:

  • Up to 4 individual entrainment sessions per billing cycle

  • Automatic monthly renewal for continuity of care

This membership supports rhythm, regulation, and embodied presence through ongoing care.

Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Structure

The soulistic living membership is a prepaid membership for up to four individual entrainment sessions per billing cycle. It is not a medical treatment plan, guarantee of outcomes, or a prescription of care.

Entrainment sessions are nervous system focused chiropractic visits offered at soulistic.

2. Billing Cycle

A billing cycle begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically each month on the same date. Membership sessions must be used within the active billing cycle. Unused sessions do not roll over and are forfeited at the end of the billing cycle.

3. Scheduling Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Scheduling sessions within the package timeframe

  • Attending sessions as scheduled

soulistic intentionally limits the number of weekly sessions to preserve quality of care. Due to this limited availability, soulistic cannot extend sessions beyond the package term.

4. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

  • A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment

  • Additional missed or late cancelled sessions are considered used

5. Refund Policy

Unused sessions may be refunded at the full single session rate, not the discounted membership rate.

Refunds are not provided for sessions that have been used, missed, or expired.

6. Automatic Renewal

The soulistic living membership renews automatically each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

7. Non-Transferable

Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

8.Acknowledgment

By purchasing a membership, the client acknowledges:

  • Understanding the time bound nature of the membership

  • Responsibility for scheduling and attendance

  • Agreement to the policies outlined above

These terms exist to support clarity, commitment, and an effective container for entrainment work.
